The total cost of rent is base rent $810 plus $10/per person for garbage, and RUBS (flat rate for water, sewer, gas) $106.33 and a tech fee $6.95 per account. In addition you are responsible for electricity through xcel energy and we require that you carry liability insurance ($18 through us or you can provide your own liability or renters insurance).
