The Pre-Leasing Season Has Begun!
How does pre-leasing work?
We process applications on a strict first come, first serve basis. While we do not know exactly what units will be coming available in the summer, if there are particular properties you are interested in. You can apply and be approved now, so that your application is in line ahead of time for when a unit does come available.
For leases ending in....
April Renewals from our current tenants are due February 1st
May Renewals from our current tenants are due February 8th
June Renewals from our current tenants are due February 25th
July Renewals from our current tenants are due (to be determined - early to mid March)
August Renewals from our current tenants are due (to be determined - late March)
Based on your desired move-in date, we will pull your application when the appropriate renewal deadline passes and all pre-approved applications will be gone through in order of approval date and offered units based on the preferences listed. You may list as many of our properties in order of preference that interest you on one application. Be sure to indicate unit location within a building (i.e. top floor, corner unit, price, amenities or anything else we need to properly assign your desired choice).
Please note that our master listing sheet reflects all properties we manage. Specific units may or may not be coming available. If the unit you are interested in does not come available (i.e. if the current tenants renew their lease), your application fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Therefore, the more choices you list on your application, the better. These choices can be altered at any time by contacting our office.
