Roosevelt Collection is a well-known South Loop spot built right into a mixed-use complex, so you have shops, a movie theater, and restaurants essentially downstairs, which makes it easy to roll out of bed and into your day. You can grab a coffee at the Starbucks five minutes away, walk over to Polk Street Pier in about ten, and hit X-Golf when you want to swing a club without leaving the neighborhood. The Roosevelt CTA stop is about an eight-minute walk for Red, Green, and Orange line access, and a Trader Joe's sits about ten minutes out for your real grocery runs.
