Our spacious 3-bedroom apartments come with 2 full bathrooms and include fully equipped kitchens, washers, dryers, high-end finishes, and air conditioning for your comfort. The rental price covers water, sewer, and garbage, while tenants are responsible for electricity costs. Each unit is eligible for a maximum of 2 parking permits, but please note that vehicles must be registered with Landmark before receiving a permit. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, and unfortunately, we do not have guest or overflow parking available.
