Sheridan Tower is a historic Edgewater high-rise right where Hollywood meets Sheridan, just steps from the lakeshore, and it leans into that location with a big rooftop terrace that has a dog run plus indoor and outdoor lounge areas, a fitness center, a laundry room, and round-the-clock doorman service. You can grab a morning coffee at Fried Egg Cafe a few minutes away, wander over to La Pharmacie for a drink, and Edgewater Historic Park is about an eight minute walk with Foster Beach a bit further down. The Bryn Mawr Red Line stop is about an eight minute walk for getting downtown, and there's a Whole Foods about seventeen minutes out for the real grocery runs.
