This home has been remodeled and ready to enjoy. There are several perks that go with this one. Lawn care is provided and water is provided from private well. The home is heated with propane central furnace and tenant provides own propane. The home has central air conditioning. It has a split bedroom floor plan with master bedroom and bath at one end and two bedrooms and bath at the other. There is a large utility room with lots of work space and washer/dryer hookups. There is a wood burning stove in the living room with a ceiling fan which would push heat through the house if you choose to use it.

The pet policy found on our home page applies to small dogs only for this home.

The fully refundable security deposit is an amount equal to one month's rent. A prepaid cleaning fee of $300 or 30% of the monthly rent, which ever is greater, will be paid at time of move in.

Lease will expire April 30, 2022 and auto renew on July 1 of each year if tenant/landlord does not elect to terminate between April 30 and July 1. Move out options are April 30, May 31, June 30. Buyout options available if tenant needs to break lease.
