Prairie Court Apartments are recently renovated one-bedroom apartments near the Central & West Street intersection at 538 N Florence. They are within walking distance of public transportation, a grocery store, several restaurants, and the Plaza West Shopping Center.

Each unit consists of a combination kitchen/living room with a fridge and stove, a full bathroom, a bedroom with a walk-in closet, and a sliding patio door that opens to a private fenced patio area on the ground floor or private balcony on the second floor.

The tenant is responsible for the electric utility service.

The property owner provides the water and trash services.

The tenant(s) must pay the full security deposit and first month's rent amounts upfront and submit proof of utility transfer into their name(s) before we will give them keys and possession of the unit.
