DOES EVERYONE SIGN THEIR OWN LEASE?

Yes, each tenant is only responsible for their rent payment. Each tenant’s application is reviewed and approved independently.

WHAT ABOUT UTILITIES?

Each tenant will be billed separately for their portion of utilities. If you live in one bedroom of a three-bedroom, you pay 1/3 of the monthly utilities. This includes cable/Internet.

WHAT IF THE UNIT IS ONLY PARTIALLY OCCUPIED?

Everything is still billed and charged as though it was full. So if you’re the only person in a three-bedroom when you move in, you’re only responsible for 1/3 of the utility bills.

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE MY ROOMMATES?

You have a one-time, in-building move option with 60 days notice. So if you don’t like your roommate(s), you can move within the building to another unit.

If after your move, you are still not satisfied, you can terminate your lease with 60 days notice.

If there are no available rooms to move into the property, you can terminate your lease with 60 days notice.
