Please Note: To process the applications a holding fee equal to one month’s rent must be paid after submitting the application(s). Upon approval the unit will be removed from the market & the holding fee becomes the security deposit for the unit moving forward. If your application is declined, we will refund the holding fee within 2 business days. We collect first month’s rent, and a security deposit for all our properties. These balances MUST be paid in certified funds.
