On-site laundry in shared laundry room with the upstairs tenant, but you don't have to walk outside to get to it.

Everything is in the process of being renovated right now. Wall-to-wall carpeting in the living room and both bedrooms, tiled backsplash in the kitchen, hardwoods in the dining area off the kitchen and new white subway tiling in the bathroom (not seen in photos as it's being finished now). You'll be the FIRST to live here since the renovations.

One of the bedrooms is much larger than the other; the 2nd bedroom may serve better as an office space, although it would work as a bedroom for someone with a twin or queen. Both bedrooms have their own closets and there is also 2 hallway closets and a linen closet in the bathroom - plenty of storage options!

There is a shared laundry room + extra storage room/den downstairs. The 1st floor unit has direct access to this area, while the upstairs unit has to enter from the outside side door.
