You can see the ocean from the front door of the building. Wow!

As for the inside of the apartment, it's on the first floor and it has this GREAT layout that tricks you into thinking it's even bigger than it is. Separation between rooms (and good sized rooms at that!), real wood floors, updated gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, updated large bathroom, and recessed lighting throughout. And the best part is, all utilities are included! Can't beat that!
