APPLICATION PROCESSING:

Accepting applications: Friday, August 23rd at 9 am!

All complete applications are processed in the order received. If you apply before the open application period, you will receive an eight hour penalty hold. If you are in a back-up position, your application fee will not be processed if another application is approved before yours. Fees are non-refundable once we start screening your application. Please note that we do NOT accept Zillow applications. Upon approval, you will have 48 hours to provide a holding deposit; This deposit secures the unit for 2 weeks. You will have 14 days to take possession of the unit or take financial responsibility.

INCOME REQUIREMENTS

Gross income should be 2.0 times the rent.

RENTERS INSURANCE

Proof of renter's insurance is required before move-in and throughout the tenancy.

SMOKING:

All of our units are smoke-free. Smoking is not allowed anywhere or within 20 feet of the property.

MARIJUANA:

This property will not allow the growing or smoking of marijuana.
