A monthly allowance per unit for electricity is $200; excess is billed back to the resident.
If opting out of utility package, utilities are under the resident's name: Water is through the city of Eden, electricity is through Duke Energy. Internet/cable are through Spectrum. Application Fee: $75/applicant
Monthly Rent: $899
Security Deposit: One month of rent based on credit approval
