Fees:

Application Fee: $75 per person (this includes co-signers)

Utility Bundle:$140 per month. Bundled services include the cost of high-speed internet, gas, water, trash removal, sewage and recycling. Tenants are responsible for establishing an account for their electricity consumption within the residence, as well as renters insurance.

Parking: $175 per month. Outdoor, uncovered parking lot. Spaces are unassigned.

Pet fees: $100 per pet due before move in, plus $25 per month per pet.
