Cedar Crest successfully integrates 78 duplex-style rental homes into an existing single-family neighborhood, and provides much-needed affordable rental units in a previously undeserved market. Homes include two one-bedroom units, 34 two-bedroom units, and 42 three-bedroom units. Built by CHP, Cedar Crest Community is a Certified Wildlife Habitat by the National Wildlife Federation. The site provides food, water, cover, and places for wildlife to raise their young.
