Swan Cove is a wonderful community for those 55 years and older. The community is located directly across the street from Swan Creek Metro Park. With spacious 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, Swan Cove is a comfortable and safe place to call home. There is convenient access to shopping centers, restaurants and medical facilities. The property itself hosts many fun and community building activities in their community room; Activities such as, Friday night bingo, monthly birthday celebrations, (with cake and ice-cream, of course!), holiday dinners, and more. We also have outside groups come in for craft and game days with our residents. Occupants also have access to outside health care professionals, who come onto the property to give information sessions on various health issues that may be pertinent to our residents.
