For any application for our listing(s), the following are required:

Applicant makes at a minimum, at least three (3) times the monthly rent in income.

Have a credit score of 525*

Have no evictions or currently facing an eviction in the past (7) years.

Be currently employed.

No bankruptcy history in the past (7) years

No violent felony in the past (7) years

No sex offenders

Be ready, able, and willing to move in within two (2) weeks of being approved and signing lease.

*In the event your credit requirement is lower than our minimal requisite, we will review applicant(s) on a case by case basis. Applicants should be prepared that if they are approved, to be required to pay the last month rent in addition to other move in costs.
