- Application fee may apply when you visit the actual apartment community you choose to live. Meanwhile your assigned representative will answer your questions free of charge. We will help to understand how to qualify. If you qualify directly with the property, we will tell you, and help you rent on your own. This is our goal together for year 2 if you have bad credit.
- Security deposit required for move in plus applicable fees. Must gross 4x rent per month in income with an acceptable background.
- Because of bad credit or no credit at all. Schedule a Call to discuss your requirements, you will be asked to set your time and date for us to call you.
When you discuss your needs for an Apartment you will need to provide the following proof:
- Each new resident must pass the community background check.
- You can prove that you can afford the apartment.
- You have proof of income.
- You make 4x rent in household income.[Example: A $1,000 Apartment will need a household income of $4,000 to qualify]
- You can afford to make monthly payments (You have option for split payments x2 per month).

In order to qualify for Sponsorship with Low Credit Rents or Hometown Hero Housing you will need to fill out the application below. There is no charge when filling this application out. It will ask you for personal information. We recommend doing this step when you have your property chosen and have discussed the rent schedule with your IAG Sponsorship representative.
