The tenant is responsible for the cost of all utilities (oil, electricity, and water), the tenant is responsible for all snow removal. Landlord is responsible for lawn maintenance.

This is a Non-Smoking Property; Renters insurance is required. 2 small pets will be considered (extra move-in fee of $300 applies plus $25/pet per month)
