The walls have all been properly air sealed and insulated reducing the cost of heat and making the house energy efficient.

Tenant pays the electric for lights, heat and hot water. Included is water, sewer and trash. Tenants Share with mowing the grass and shoveling snow. Renter's insurance is required.

One application per person over 18. Application fee is $30/person. Minimum monthly NET income is $3000. Must have proper documentation. We do run a full background check.
