The unit is located on the second floor of the building. There are plenty of activities to take advantage of in the Lake Vista Recreation Center which is right across the street. You will find winding paths, tennis courts, playground and ball fields. It is also close to Boyd Hill Nature Preserve. The unit offers vinyl plank flooring throughout, a large private balcony, custom shelving system in the bedroom closet, inside the gate parking spot and view of the park.

One or two small pets under 20 lbs allowed with pet app fee of $20, minimum additional deposit of $300, one time non-refundable pet fee of $300 and $25/mo pet rent. Applicants with dogs are required to provide a photo, animal license, current shot records and have renter's insurance with pet liability.

$95 non-refundable application fee for each adult covers credit and background check. $100 administrative fee will be charged upon approval. The unit will not be reserved for applicant until administrative fee is received by management. Once paid, management will process tenant, create lease, send move in instructions, etc.
