One small pet is ok with additional fees. One dog under 25 pounds, non vicious breeds. One cat is ok.

Additional $25 per month pet rent plus a non refundable pet fee of $250 due upon move in.

There is a $25 application fee per person 18 and older. We do a background check for evictions and criminal history.

Income must be at least 3 times the rent amount per month bring home, so it needs to be at least $1800 per month bring home. Income must be verifiable.
