2. Restricted Breeds such as Akita, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog/Bully, "Wolf Dog", Great Dane, Husky, Bullterrier, Bullmastiff, Presa Canario, Chow, Pitbull, Doberman, German Sheppard, Rottweiler, ARE NOT ALLOWED

3. For Emotional Support or Service Animals, NO CHARGES will be applied.

4. We require a pet application which will be $30 each pet including Emotional support and Service animals.

UTILITY COLLECTIONS, FELONIES within 10yrs, EVICTIONS, LANDLORD COLLECTIONS, BANKCRUPTCY within a year, and DRUG CHARGES.

6. How much would it cost to move in :
We require the first month's rent(prorated), the deposit, $75 lease processing fee, and other fees/charges required for the property(see description above).
