Roebling Lofts is certified LEED Gold®. It is the only apartment complex in Trenton, and one of a handful of multi-family residences in NJ, to achieve this level. We love animals! Tenants are allowed two pets per apartment: two dogs, two cats, or one of each. Pick-up bags are provided for the convenience of dog owners at either end of the building. Breed restrictions and fees apply.
Roebling lofts support extensive video security, including cameras on all of the entrances, the lobby, lounges, and the parking area. The entire digital video stream is recorded. All cameras can be monitored by the leasing staff and building manager during business hours.
Fatigue Machine Lounge:
On the fourth floor, this lounge at the south end of the building delivers perhaps the most unusual entertainment venue in the city. About half of the enormous 84’ x 28’ space is taken up by a preserved “fatigue machine” (used for quality testing by the J.A. Roebling’s Sons Company). The other half is a lounge for resident use, equipped with comfortable furniture, pool table, large screen TV, WiFi, wet bar, and rest-room. Guests enjoy a panoramic view of the city.
Work Out Area:
The first floor provides a well-equipped, private, 900 SF workout area, including an exercise bicycle, elliptical trainer, treadmill, a weight machine, dumbells, and a stretching area.
Conference Room/Office Center
A conference center is available for use by tenants during business hours, when not needed by the building manager, and may be reserved in advance for your personal business meetings. The room is approximately 12’-10” x 10’-6” and is equipped with WiFi, a wall-mounted, HD flat screen monitor, a comfortable conference table seating up to 8 people, a high-quality speakerphone, and a color printer/scanner.
All units come with solar-mesh window treatments built-in. During the winter, you can adjust the shades to maximize solar heat gain; in the summer, you can reduce the air conditioning load by reducing the light coming through the windows. Window treatments also provide privacy.

Commute to 10 Million Jobs
Residents enjoy on-site access to the River Line (Hamilton Avenue station). This provides one-stop connections to the Trenton Transit Center (or you can walk the half-mile) where you can catch NJ Transit to New York, SEPTA to Philly, or AMTRAK to Boston and Washington. The River Line also allows convenient commuting to the Delaware Valley and to Philadelphia via PATCO from Camden.
Residents commuting by car enjoy high-speed road access to the Princeton/New Brunswick corridor, and most other major employment areas in NJ, via Rt. 129. This connects to US1, the NJ Turnpike, and the I-295 corridor via I-195. Or you can hop over the bridge to the I-95 corridor in Bucks/Montgomery Counties in PA.
