This unit is on the top floor (second floor) and features pergo flooring in the living room and hall, tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, and carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen features tile countertops, an electric stove, a built-in microwave, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a laundry space with a washer and dryer.

The balcony is perfect for relaxing and also comes with a storage area. The community features a large pool. Two entrances to the complex (Scenic Hwy and Hyde Park). Hyde Park has overflow parking for the complex.

We are pleased to say this home is pet-friendly.  We will consider 2 pets under 15 lbs. Prior approval is required, and all pets are screened through a 3rd party provider. (Aggressive breed dogs will not be considered). There is a non-refundable pet fee. Animals must be at least one year of age.
