For your convenience, we also provide washer dryer hookups, allowing you to easily take care of your laundry needs. Whether you're exploring the nearby hiking trails, skiing in the winter, or simply enjoying the beauty of nature, our apartment provides the ideal home base for your outdoor adventures. Resident is responsible for renters insurance, lawn car, snow removal and all utilities including:

-$11 per month utility billing fee

-$60 per month Water, Sewer & Trash

-Electric and Gas will be billed based on usage

Move In Fees consists of:

$350 non-refundable cleaning fee

$250 non-refundable lease initiation fee

$500 refundable deposit – this amount may vary based on application screening results

Breed Restrictions will apply-Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers, Chows, Presa Canarias, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Pit bulls, Doberman Pinchers, Wolf or Wolf Hybrids; or any mix of these.
