Attached to a grand new home, this 1BR unit is warm, inviting, and brightly lit. You'll appreciate the elegant and comfy furniture. You'll delight in the fully-stocked kitchen -- a chef's delight! -- with bright countertops and cupboards, lots of counter space, and modern appliances, including a large fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a stove / oven. You'll enjoy the very comfortable Cal-king-sized bed, and you'll wake up refreshed and rejuvenated. And you'll love the bathroom -- as bright as the other rooms -- with its modern fixtures.

You'll have exclusive access to the entire unit; this is not a shared accommodation. Entry is via an electronic lock, the code for which we'll send you 2 days ahead of check in.

The home is on a tree-lined street just a few minutes' walk to downtown Mountain View's bustling Castro Street, which hosts great and varied restaurants, boutique coffee shops, plus a grocery store, a wine bar and a pub or two. The Caltrain Station is at the end of Castro Street, whisking you north to San Francisco in as little as 40 minutes thanks to our new electric trains. At the same station you can catch VTA transport, which takes you throughout the South Bay. Many large local corporations have shuttle stops here as well -- including the Big G and the Big A. It really is an unbeatable location!

Because of rising utility costs, we ask tenants to pay a $125 per month utility surcharge, and note that we also ask tenants to purchase tenant insurance, which typically costs $15 to $20 per month. There is also a one-time $120 cleaning fee.

We ask for a credit score of at least 720, verifiable income of 3.5X the rent, a landlord reference, and a clear background and eviction check.
