A $250 fee must be made payable to the association and deposited with the management office at least 48 hours before a scheduled move as a moving fee and to insure against damages to the common elements. $250 will be returned, within 10 days after the move, if no damages have occurred.
The non-refundable application fee is $60 per adult 18 and over. In lieu of a security deposit, there will be a non-refundable move-in fee of $780.00 per household. There is also a onetime $200.00 lease administrative fee that will be added to your total move in funds. This fee will not go towards any other deposits, move in fees, or rent. Less than qualified may be approved but with extra requirements. All internet/cable install, and monthly charges paid by the resident. Renters Insurance is required to move in. Pet fees will apply if applicable.
