The total cost of rent is base rent $890 plus $10/per person for garbage,  a flat rate for water/sewer/gas $85.70, tech fee $6.95 per account. In addition you are responsible for electricity through xcel energy and we require that you carry liability insurance ($18 through us or you can provide your own liability or renters insurance).
