· Owner is discouraging tenants from hanging items on walls, however if tenant must have some items hung, special hangars for sheet-rock walls that are non-permanent / removable must be used. Tenants will be responsible for purchasing hanging materials and must be appropriately sized for weight of object being hung. Nails, tacks, push pins, staples, tape, other adhesives, etc. cannot be used.

· Tenants agree to further protect walls by not placing furniture/objects/equipment, etc. directly in contact with walls. If this in any case is unavoidable, padding must be used to protect walls.

· Tenants will use approved wattage of light bulbs for specific appliances/light fixtures and will be responsible for replacing all non-working original light bulbs in working order while living in premises and upon vacating property, with same wattage as light bulbs found in their respective locations .

· No waterbeds will be allowed on the property per owner.

· No fish aquariums allowed per owner.

· Tenants agree to protect newly installed flooring by purchasing/applying floor protective devices on all furniture/equipment (that are not already protected) including but not limited to couch's, chairs, tables, desks, washer/dryer, etc. Tenants further agree to not use adhesive materials on flooring.
