All rents are $30.00 additional each month for pet rent per pet & we have a one time, non-refundable $350.00 Pet Fee for the first pet & an additional, non-refundable $150.00 Pet Fee for each additional pet.

Please note:

-Tenant is responsible for all utilities.

-Move-in date must be within one month of us receiving your rental application.

-We only do in person showings.

-Applications cannot be submitted until the property has been seen in person.
