Completed application and fee ($35) is required for all applicants over 18 years of age; application fee is not refundable. Smoking is not permitted. One small dog is permitted with pet fee ($400) and monthly pet rent ($40); cats are not permitted under any circumstances. The property is currently not in the Section 8 program.
