There are three levels of living in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. The main level features a large main living area and a galley-style eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms and a full bathroom. In the finished basement, there is a 3/4 bathroom and a large bedroom with a walk-in closet and a walkout to the backyard.
The basement also has access to shared laundry.
Tenants are responsible for the monthly rent charges of $1620 as well as electric and gas utilities. Additionally, a garbage fee of $10 per occupant, along with a monthly technology fee of $6.95 per account, are applied directly to your rent charges each month. We provide a liability insurance option at $18 through our in-house policy, though tenants also have the flexibility and freedom to secure their own coverage if preferred.
