Two bedroom apartments make up the majority of units and are located on the top two floors of the three level building. The lower level features a half-bathroom, a large entry closet and a galley kitchen complete with a dishwasher. All apartments here feature key-pad locks, have access to off-street parking and a single garage, and there is laundry on-site.

Tenants are responsible for the monthly rent charges of $1650 as well as electric utilities. Additionally, a garbage fee of $10 per occupant, along with a monthly technology fee of $6.95 per account, are applied directly to your rent charges each month. We provide a liability insurance option at $18 through our in-house policy, though tenants also have the flexibility and freedom to secure their own coverage if preferred.
