A pet picture will be required with your application and proof of immunizations. Pets must be spayed or neutered. Pet rent is $40/month. Additional deposit is required. Total deposit will not exceed 1.5 times the gross rent.

PARKING
Each unit has one assigned parking space. Additional parking is currently being added, and once available, will be available for $35/month. Guest parking also will be available.

Complex includes garages to rent for an additional $150/month. Residents are allowed to have a portable A/C device that vents through the window - but no A/C that sits on the window ledge is allowed.
