This lower-level studio offers a separate kitchen and bathroom for added convenience. All utilities are included, and the unit comes equipped with a refrigerator and stove.

Criteria for renting; No evictions within the last 5 years, your monthly income needs to be at least 3 times the rental amount unless you are receiving a housing voucher. Applicant MUST have a clean background. You will need to submit an application if you would like to schedule a showing. Once you see the rental then you will need to submit to a soft credit check, background, and eviction check, which costs $30/applicant, unless you have done so within the last 30 days and can provide your report.

- Screening results will be classified as Accept, Low Accept, or Conditional, which determines the deposit amount.
