A non-refundable move-in report fee of $150.00 is required at the time of move-in.

A valid renters insurance policy is also required prior to occupancy.

There is no charge for credit screening reports run by our office. Our application fee covers staff labor cost to process and score your application. Hence, our policy is that once an application is paid for and submitted to our office to start processing, the application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

As such, by contacting Your Place Property Management, and/or showing agent, you understand and agree that Lessor’s designated agent’s Sponsoring Broker Company has previously entered into an agreement with Lessor to provide certain property management and real estate brokerage services to the Lessor. As a result, Lessor’s designated agents are not acting as your agent but as the agent of the Lessor.
