We do not work with credit scores below 525, previous bankruptcy, violent felonies, or sex offenders. We do require employment and rental verification on everyone over the age of 18.

There is a $50 application fee per adult occupant.

Security deposit will hold the unit for two weeks and is non-refundable after 3 days should you not proceed with leasing.
