Amenities include a laundry room in the lower level, wired internet access, and all utilities except electric and garbage are included in the rent. No pets please.

Our Garbage policy is simple. Each month $10 per occupant is added to your rent to pay for garbage. This means one less utility account to setup and one less step to get into your new place.
