Thank you for your interest in our Storage and RV Spaces. You will need to fill out an application with us so we can screen for background. Please note, the application is meant for rental homes, so a lot of the questions will not apply to you. Please fill out the applications as best as you can to submit the application. If an area does not apply to the storage or space you can write in "NA." Thank you again for choosing us to meet your storage needs. Let us know if you have any questions!

WHAT’S REQUIRED TO APPLY:

1. Individual intending to use the storage/parking space must submit an application and pay the application fee of $35.

2. Applications will not be processed until fees for all applicants are paid. This includes third-party agencies and co-signers as applicable. Complete applications are processed and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

3. Complete the application to provide the information required for a background check and indicate which space you are applying to rent.

4. Upload the following documents as you fill out the application. Your application cannot be submitted or considered complete until the required documentation is provided

a. One of more of the following proof of identification:

i) Evidence of a Social Security Number

ii) Valid Permanent Resident Alien Registration Receipt Card

iii) Immigration Visa

iiii) Individual Tax Payer Identification Number (IFTN),

5. Real Property Management Solutions highly encourages all Applicants or their Agents to physically tour the storage/parking space BEFORE renting. Our office is not responsible for an applicant who is not satisfied with a property if they have not physically toured the property before signing a Lease Agreement. All properties are rented AS-IS unless specified differently in writing.
