2. Positive Rental References (Paid on-time, no lease violations, no balance owed, ect.)

3. Gross Monthly Income (Proof that gross household income is at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.)

4. Your Lease Start Date (Looking to start the lease within 1-2 weeks of the listing available date.)
