Operating/Access Hours: 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM (daily)
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the building and on the property.
Wi-Fi: Not included.
Door Signage: Tenants are responsible for purchasing signs from the approved vendor.
Alterations: Painting and flooring may be upgraded by a licensed contractor.
Parking: Overnight parking is not allowed.
Mailboxes: Next to door or mail slot on door. No key required.
Additional Notes
Tenants locked out of their suites must hire a private locksmith at their own expense to unlock door or make key. Tenant may not remove current lock.
Prior to operating, tenants must post a valid business license inside their suite.
Ensure compliance with all local regulations and insurance requirements.
It is the responsibility of the tenant prospect to confirm with City of Atlanta that their desired business will be permitted to operate at this location.
Insurance/ Business License: Prior to operating, the tenant must obtain and post a city business license inside their suite. Apply for a business license with the City of East Point. In addition, prior to operating, the tenant must also obtain business liability insurance. Please see the vendor list below.

General Leasing Information
● Application Fee: $100 (Nonrefundable)
● Security Deposit: Based on background check results (minimum of 1 month's rent).
● Rent Amount: Determined by unit size and location.
● Payment Methods: Rent and deposit must be paid in full via cashier’s check. No partial payments, prorated rent, or “deposit only” payments accepted.
Applicant Requirements:
● No evictions or felonies within the past 7 years (sex offenders are automatically denied).
● Applicant must be the business owner.

○ Businesses must confirm with the city/county that their operations are permitted at this location.
