The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a soaking tub, and a separate shower.
Security Deposit: Full month's rent or based on application findings.
Our Security Deposit Per Roommate Policy - 75% of the Base Rental Amount per Roommate.
LEASE COMMENCEMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Once approved, the lease commencement date must be within 14 days of approval. If the property is unavailable for move-in, the lease commencement date must be set within 14 days of the expected availability date.
This property is not set up for housing vouchers.
We charge a lease preparation fee of $100 before move-in
Application fee is $75 per adult applicant. No co-signers or guarantors.

We are pleased to say this home is pet-friendly. We will consider 2 pets under 35 lbs. Prior approval is required, and all pets are screened through a third-party provider. (Aggressive breed dogs will not be considered.) There is a non-refundable pet fee. Animals must be at least one year of age. No cats.
