  • NO RENTAL DEBT IN THE PREVIOUS 7 YEARS

  • NO EVICTIONS IN THE PREVIOUS 7 YEARS

  • NO VIOLENT CRIMINAL CHARGES OR CONVICTIONS

  • NO FELONY DRUG CHARGES OR CONVICTIONS

  • NO SEXUAL CRIMINAL CHARGES OR CONVICTIONS

  • CREDIT SCORES BELOW 515 WILL BE DENIED

  • CREDIT SCORES BETWEEN 516 AND 550 WILL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT FUNDS AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO DENIAL OF THE APPLICATION

  • ALL APPLICATION FEES AND DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
