I acknowledge that this application does not constitute a rental agreement or guarantee of approval. All applications are subject to review and must be formally approved.

I further understand that once the security deposit is submitted, it becomes non-refundable until a lease agreement is fully signed and executed. Upon execution of the lease, the deposit will be refundable in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the lease agreement.
