To be approved, you must meet the following criteria:

-Please note that the non-refundable application fee is $50 and covers the cost of credit and background checks.

- You must have a credit score of 550 or above.

- You should not have any evictions or judgments against you.

- Your income must be at least three times the rent amount. For instance, if the rent is $600, you must earn at least $1800.

- You must not have any major or violent criminal offenses, drug offenses, or similar history.

We consider pets- We charge a one-time fee of $250 and an additional $25.00 on the rent per animal. If the animal is an ESA or Service animal we do not charge but we would need to see documentation.
