Application Criteria

FOR COMMERCIAL

- $75 application/background check fee (per person, non-refundable)

- Background check (criminal and eviction records)

- 2 month deposit (refundable)

- Financials/Proof of Income (3 times the monthly rent, pay stubs, tax returns etc.)

 

FOR RESIDENTIAL

-  $50 application/background check fees (per each adult 18 and older, non-refundable)

- Background check (criminal and eviction records)

- Move in fee ($ half of monthly rent, non-refundable)

- Minimum monthly Proof of Income (3 times the monthly rent, pay stubs & tax returns only)

- Minimum 1 year Proof of Employment

 

PARA COMERCIAL

- $75 Cobro de Aplicación (por persona, no-retornable)

- Historial de antecedentes (archivo criminal y desalojo)

- 2 meses deposito (retornable)

- Comprobante de Ingresos mensuales minimos (3 veces la renta mensual, recibos de pago de nómina y reporte de impuestos anuales)

 

PARA RESIDENCIAL

- $50 Cobros de Aplicación/Historial de antecendentes (por cada adulto de 18 anos o mayor, no-retornable)

- Historial de antecedentes (archivo criminal y desalojo)

- Cobro de Mudanza ($ mitad de la renta mensual, no-retornable)

- Comprobante de Ingresos mensuales minimos (3 veces la renta mensual, recibos de pago de nómina y reporte de impuestos anuales solamente)

- 1 ano minimo de Comprobante de Empleo
