The requirements for the rental are

- Proof of income: 3 most recent bank statements or paystubs for yourself and anyone else who has income. The whole family has to proof 2.5 times the rent in monthly income.

- No criminal record or evictions

- If you do not have a social security number, a good conduct letter from the police is required.
