Welcome to Office Space Atlanta! To secure a space, we require that the business owner completes a background screening and application. Here are some important details:

  • $100 application fee
  • The application fee is NONREFUNDABLE.
  • No evictions or felonies within the past 7 years accepted. (sex offenders will be automatically denied)
  • Applicants must be the owner of the business. 
  • Please be prepared to upload your Government ID, LLC Documentation, & EIN Documentation (Tax ID Number)
  • Submission of the application does not secure a specific unit.
  • All units are "AS-IS".
  • Security deposit is based on background check results, with a minimum of one month's rent required for standard approval.
  • Must be an acceptable business for this location.
  • Move in fees must be paid by Cashier's check. (personal checks and money orders not accepted)
  • Incomplete and/or inaccurate applications will be denied.
  • NO MUSIC STUDIOS OR EVENT SPACES ALLOWED.

* It is the responsibility of the tenant prospect to confirm with the city/county that their desired business will be permitted to operate at this location.

An application fee is necessary to verify your rental application. This fee is non-refundable.

I acknowledge that any false or missing information could lead to the rejection of my application. I understand that all payments made are non-refundable. I am aware that the rental rate will increase annually and that the required security deposit could be adjusted based on the outcome of this application screening. Applications for businesses that are prohibited, unsuitable, or unauthorized for this location will be denied. I also understand that units are not reserved through this application, this does not constitute a rental agreement, and all applications are subject to approval.
