Parking: The unit comes with 1 assigned covered spot. Additional vehicles need to be parked in the common area parking and are on a first come first serve basis.

Income Requirement: Must make at least $1,625.00 or greater per month (after taxes)

Renter’s Insurance Requirement: Liability Coverage of not less than $250,000.
